With over 15 years of experience in Higher Education as Director of Job Development, Campus Director, and Admissions Training roles, plus her experience in the Chamber of Commerce world—Jackie understands the challenges faced by early-stage businesses. From branding, marketing, and customer acquisition, Jackie understands the challenges faced by early-stage business owners, customers, venues, and ramp up processes.

As a retired Emergency Manager, our areas suffered significant flooding twice and we utilized FEMA over the last 10 years. Jackie offered the Chamber site and Farmers Market for residents and businesses to come and apply for FEMA benefits. She also conducted Zooms with FEMA & the SBA for loans until insurance claims were processed. From warming stations, cooling stations, civic activities and benefits, Jackie was a great conduit to our community and a wealth of information on these critical programs.
